Our Core Values

  1. Self-Discipline: We exercise self-control, are patient, tolerant and regulate our own behavior, actions and decisions. We choose to act rather than react and get things done in an orderly and efficient manner.
  2. “Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city.” Proverbs 16:32
  3. Unity of purpose: We encourage the unity of all individuals in the organization by embracing our different talents, cultural backgrounds and social-economic status and working together for the growth and development of the organization.
  4. “I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” 1 Corinthians 1:10
  5. Creativity: We nurture an environment that encourages generation of new ideas, alternatives, possibilities, new ways of thinking and pushing past the status-quo with bold and progressive ideas.
  6. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
  7. Humility: We acknowledge that we all contribute to the success of our church irrespective of the positions we hold. We shall esteem one another, treat everyone with reverence, ask for and give forgiveness, rejoice in simplicity of being children of God and nurture an attitude of gratefulness.
  8. “Clothe yourselves with humility towards one another because God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble.” 1 Peter 5:5
  9. Accountability: We shall be responsible for our performance and for all we are entrusted with while nurturing a culture of transparency and accountability to God, His Word, leadership and to one another.
  10. “For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.” Ecclesiastes 12:14
