In Deliverance Church International Kasarani-Zimmerman (DCIKZ), "The Father's Vision" is a core principle centered on God's desire for every individual Christian to be fruitful and to multiply.  The Vision is based on scriptures like Matthew 28:19 and Genesis 1:22, emphasizing on spiritual growth, discipleship, and evangelism. The Father’s Vision entails activities and conferences meant to help members understand and participate in the freedom that Christ offers, adhere to the commission He gives, and develop to be the leaders He delights in.

Key aspects of the Father's Vision²

  1. Evangelism and multiplication: A primary goal is for every believer to be fruitful and multiply by influencing their world for Jesus Christ. The church's purpose is to "preach Christ to everyone... to bring each one into God's presence as a mature individual". Every person undergoing the Father’s vision is encouraged to be a pastor-of-one.²
  2. Discipleship and mentorship: The vision is carried out through the ministry of discipleship, which involves teaching others with wisdom. The church also promotes mentoring opportunities where each guide is assigned a number of sons or daughters to foster significant and vital mentorship relationships.
  3. Encounters and purpose: The church holds "encounters" designed to help members experience salvation, inner healing, and deliverance. A key objective of these encounters is for each participant to receive God's specific vision for their life. Prior to this, the participants have a preparation seminar called Bolts and Nuts that equips and prepares them for the Encounter Experience.
